Most online printer re-sellers do not have a Professional Services Team. You might be surprised that "delivery" just includes delivery of the machine on a pallet to your front door and no further. You will be responsible for unboxing the machine and putting it in to position.

Delivery & Unboxing
- A professional installation team that delivers the printer to the exact position in your office
- Prior to installation we liaise with your on-site staff and IT team
- The printer is pre-configured with your network settings, saving time on site
- Our Network Technicians connect the printer to your network for printing and scanning
- We train your end users and ensure that they can access all the advanced functionality
- We show you how to replenish toners, drums and other consumables.
- We assist you in connecting your cloud services to the printer - Sage accounting etc
Network Installation
- Once the Printer is in place our network technician in conjunction with your IT dept will either complete the installation or assist your team
- We connect the printer to both our own and Xerox’s remote monitoring services
- We ensure the correct drivers are deployed for the machine specification and for the type of network / computers you have
- We set up the scanning pathways and connect the machine to your personnel directories, so when a user logs on to the machine, it is personalised to them
- We assist in setting up the use of mobile devices (Apple, Android) for print
- We assist you in connecting your cloud services to the printer - Sage accounting etc – some services require the purchase of Apps
