If you place your order before 3PM and the item is in stock, it will ship the same day. If you place an order later than 3PM, but before 5PM, it may ship the same day. Please check with us via telephone or email.

Our return and exchange policy allows you to return or exchange items within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be in their original condition and packaging without any broken seals and ensure the hologram matches the one we sent you.If you open a foil seal we cannot accept the item for return.

No, VAT is added at the checkout. You will receive a VAT invoice automatically once your item has been fulfilled.

Yes, we offer international shipping. Depending on the carrier, shipping costs and delivery windows change. Please be aware that the buyer is responsible for paying any shipping and customs fees.
