You are purchasing a printer repair service telephone call to our help desk.
We will provide a Xerox Trained & Authorised Technician to help you on the telephone to diagnose a problem and attempt to help you to fix it.
The support call you are purchasing covers the majority of Xerox office machines. It does not cover Digital Graphic Presses or Fiery Controllers.
A call may identify that you need parts, consumables or the visit of an on site technician - these are optional and will incur additional cost.
We repair all Xerox printers, MFPs and Digital presses as well as EFI Fiery Controllers.
Once purchased and paid please tell us the following;
1) Model of machine
2) Fault with machine and any error codes (please send pictures of the error code and a sample of the print output)
3) The home or business address where our engineers are to visit to complete the repair
4) Contact name , telephone, mobile
5) Calls are received during Monday - Friday between the business hours of 8.30am-5.30pm.
