You are purchasing a 30 minute service via telephone call to our help desk.
We will provide a Xerox Trained / Fiery Authorised Technician to help you on the telephone to diagnose a problem with your EFI FIery Controller and help you to fix it.
Whilst we cannot guarantee a telephone call will enable us to fx the problem Scriptum are Xerox Authorised Partners and EFI Authorised partners and therefore have access to the full engineering tool set, software downloads, license key renewals and purchases.
The support call you are purchasing covers the majority Xerox Digital Graphic Presses with Fiery Controllers.
A call may identify that you need parts, software or the visit of an on site technician - these are optional and will incur additional cost.
In addition to EFI Fiery Controllers we repair all Xerox printers, MFPs and Digital presses.
Once purchased and paid please tell us the following;
- Model of Xerox machine
- Type of Fiery Controller fitted (Internal or External)
- Version of Command Workstation and the type of computer (P.C. or Mac) as well as the software version it is running on.
- Fault with machine and any error codes messages (please send pictures of the error code and a sample of the print output if relevant)
- The home or business address where our engineers are to visit to complete the repair
- Contact name , telephone, mobile
- Calls are received during Monday - Friday between the business hours of 8.30am-5.30pm.
