You are purchasing a printer repair service call out for a Xerox Trained & Authorised Technician to look at your Xerox printer, diagnose a problem and fix it. Parts are not included and are an additional cost.
We will come to you. We cover most of London Borough's within the M25.
This will cover a call out for the first hour, additional hours are at a cost of £90/hour.
**Please note: If spare parts are required then there will be an extra charge for this. Parts will not be fitted until price is agreed and confirmation is given**
We repair all Xerox printers, MFPs and Digital presses as well as EFI Fiery Controllers.
If you are experiencing any fault with your device please contact us with your make and model and we will confirm if we cover that particular model. We work with the majority Xerox machines.
Once purchased and paid please tell us
1) Model of machine
2) Fault with machine and any error codes
3) The home or business address where our engineers are to visit to complete the repair
4) Contact name , telephone, mobile
5) Call outs are carried out during Monday - Friday between the business hours of 8.30am-5.30pm.
We are Authorised Xerox Service Partners and our engineers are fully qualified and approved by Xerox.
